The house has two homes; the "Top Hat" is upstairs, and "Under Cover" is the lower floor. Located at 108 Franklin, in the downtown Wi-Fi area, it is just one block away from both the channel/boardwalk and Washington Street, where you will find many fine shops and restaurants. From the upstairs deck of the Top Hat or the front porch of Under Cover, you can view the fireworks, or hear the Musical Fountain which plays every night from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Only a half mile from the State Park and beach, you can easily walk, take the Harbor Trolley, or ride your bike (or our bikes as we have one for a man, and one for a woman)!
