A spacious living room features comfortable furniture and an entertainment center with cable TV/DVD, wireless internet, a small library for your enjoyment, and an assortment of games for both young and old. An information book pertaining to local dining, recreation and a household guide is provided for you.

The separate dining room can seat up to 6 people and the kitchen also has a small table and two chairs.

The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and its own TV.

The second bedroom has twin beds. A large laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer is adjacent to this room.

There is a fully stocked kitchen (wraps, foil, baggies, assorted spices, cooking utensils and cookware, dishes and flatware) with a coffee pot, toaster and blender, microwave oven, gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator with icemaker.

Relax or entertain on the large deck where you can hear the Musical Fountain play every night from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Or, take the one block walk to Centennial Park where you can spread out your blanket on the grass near the channel to watch the boats go by or see the fireworks during the 4th of July celebration and Coast Guard Festival. There is plenty to do in Grand Haven!

The two bedroom, one bath "homes", each of which sleeps 4 adults or a family with children comfortably, have a queen bed, bunk bed (downstairs is a twin over full), fully stocked and equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, cable TV/DVD, wireless internet, air-conditioning, and gas grill. Linens and towels are provided in these all-inclusive homes where you do not pay extra for cleaning or need a security deposit for the place you will come to know as "home". Baby items are available: Pack 'n Play, high chair and booster chair available for use at no charge. Parking is available for each unit with additional parking in front of the house.
